Our Bring Your Own Item (BYOI) service allows you to send or drop off your own apparel or accessories to be professionally embroidered with a name, monogram, custom phrase, logo, or design of your choice. Whether it's a favorite sweatshirt, baby blanket, backpack, jacket, tote bag, or something uniquely yours, we're here to help create a personalized piece you'll love.

How It Works

Please note that while we take every precaution when embroidering customer-supplied items, Love Bug Co. is not responsible for manufacturer defects, fabric flaws, or damage caused by hidden issues within the garment. If we believe an item is not suitable for embroidery, we'll contact you before beginning any work.

Embroidery Pricing: Pricing is based on the hoop size needed for your design, not just the design’s height or width. For example, a design must fit completely within a 4” × 4” hoop to qualify for our $9 pricing. If your design measures 4” × 5”, 2” × 5”, or any size that exceeds the 4” × 4” embroidery area in either direction, it will require a 4” × 7” hoop and will be priced at $14. If you’re unsure which size your design falls under, feel free to reach out before placing your order.
