Love Bug Co. reserves the right to update, modify, or replace these Terms of Service at any time without prior notice. Continued use of our website after changes have been made constitutes acceptance of those changes.

We reserve the right to refuse service or cancel orders at our discretion if we believe an order violates our policies or these Terms.

Products & Pricing

We strive to ensure that all product descriptions, photos, pricing, and availability are accurate. However, errors may occasionally occur.

We reserve the right to:

Correct pricing or description errors.
Modify or discontinue products without notice.
Cancel orders affected by pricing or inventory errors.

Custom Orders

Many of our products are personalized and made to order.

Customers are responsible for reviewing all customization details before placing an order, including:

Names
Initials
Dates
Spelling
Thread colors
Fonts
Design selections

Once production has begun, custom orders cannot be changed or canceled.

Bring Your Own Item (BYOI)

Customers who provide their own items for embroidery acknowledge that embroidery is a permanent process.

Love Bug Co. takes every reasonable precaution when embroidering customer-supplied items but is not responsible for:

Manufacturer defects
Fabric flaws
Hidden construction issues
Damage caused by weaknesses within customer-provided items

We reserve the right to decline any item that we believe is unsuitable for embroidery.

Business Embroidery

Business embroidery pricing varies depending on garment type, stitch count, logo complexity, placement, and quantity.

Logo digitizing fees may apply for first-time logo setup.

Quotes are valid for a limited time and may change due to supplier pricing or availability.

Shipping

Production time and shipping time are separate.

Once an order has been shipped, Love Bug Co. is not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers, weather, or other circumstances outside our control.

Customers are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address.

Returns & Refunds

Please refer to our Return & Refund Policy for complete details.

Personalized, custom-made, and BYOI orders are generally non-returnable unless an error was made by Love Bug Co. or the item arrives damaged.

Intellectual Property

All website content, including logos, product photos, designs, graphics, and text, is the property of Love Bug Co. and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without written permission.

Customers submitting logos or artwork confirm that they have permission to use those materials.
