Returns & Exchanges
Due to the personalized nature of our products, custom and personalized items cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded unless an error was made by Love Bug Co. or the item arrives damaged.
If there is an issue with your order, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the item so we can work toward a resolution.
Shipping
Orders are shipped using trusted shipping carriers.
Once an order has been shipped, Love Bug Co. is not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier, weather, or other circumstances outside of our control.
Customers are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address. Additional shipping charges may apply if a package must be resent due to an incorrect address.
